Email Issues

Edit: It seems to be somewhat fixed now, still Junk folder is where you may find our emails.

Our shared-hosting server was blacklisted due to email abuse by one of the other accounts hosted there. The culprit account was suspended, and the ISP is in the process of clearing the blacklist flag.

Meanwhile, it really is a pain since the emails we are sending from 1geek1tool.com domain are mostly bounced-back by SPAM filters. That means it is almost impossible for us to answer you back by email. If you have to reach us, please send a “private message” on the forum to either fredx21 or philibert. We really hope this will get fixed soon.

This problem also causes automated email notification NOT to reach the recipients. If you just purchased a license and did not receive any email, it most probably is the email was discarded somewhere on the Internet. However, all you have to know is that your email address IS your license key. You just have to try registering with your email address and it will most probably work just fine.
